ADVERSO respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how ADVERSO collects, uses, stores, protects and deletes information when you use our website, client portal, services and connected automation features.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use ADVERSO, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, company information, account credentials, messages, service requests, billing or project information, and technical information such as IP address, browser type and security logs.
2. Meta, Facebook and Instagram data
If you choose to connect a Meta account, Facebook Page, Instagram Professional account or Meta advertising account, we may process information made available through the permissions you authorize. This can include Page and account identifiers, basic profile information, Page information, publishing permissions, Instagram Professional account information, advertising account information and analytics/insights required to provide the requested service.
We use Meta data only for the features you authorize, such as account connection, Page/Instagram discovery, publishing, scheduling, advertising management and reporting. We do not sell Meta user data.

- Provide and operate ADVERSO services and client accounts.
- Authenticate users and maintain account security.
- Connect and manage authorized Meta assets.
- Publish or schedule content when you request it.

ADVERSO is intended for businesses and general audiences and is not directed to children.
