Last updated: August 16, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of ADVERSO's website, client portal, digital marketing services, automation software and connected platform integrations.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ADVERSO services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business or client, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your credentials secure. Do not share passwords, access tokens or authentication codes with unauthorized persons. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by unauthorized access outside your reasonable control.
3. Meta and third-party integrations
ADVERSO may connect to third-party platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram and advertising services when you authorize the connection. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies and permissions. ADVERSO cannot guarantee the availability or behavior of third-party APIs, accounts or approvals.
4. Publishing and advertising actions
When you authorize ADVERSO to publish content, schedule posts, manage campaigns or retrieve analytics, you are responsible for ensuring that the content, audience, claims, assets and instructions comply with applicable laws and the relevant platform policies. You should review automated actions before authorizing them where appropriate.
5. Intellectual property
You retain rights in content and materials you provide, subject to any separate agreement. You grant ADVERSO the limited rights necessary to host, process and use those materials to provide the requested services.
6. Prohibited use
- Do not use ADVERSO for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or deceptive activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, security controls, rate limits or access restrictions.
- Do not use connected accounts or data without appropriate authorization.
- Do not upload malicious code or content designed to compromise the service.
7. Availability and changes
Services may be changed, updated, suspended or discontinued when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, platform changes or business reasons. Third-party integrations may also change without ADVERSO control.
8. Payments and service agreements
Where paid services are provided, pricing, billing, refunds, deliverables and timelines may be governed by a proposal, invoice, contract or other written agreement between ADVERSO and the client.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ADVERSO is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platform outages, policy changes, account restrictions, unauthorized actions by users, inaccurate instructions or circumstances outside ADVERSO's reasonable control.
10. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security, abuse, non-payment, policy violations or other legitimate reasons. You may request disconnection or deletion of your account data as described on our Data Deletion page.
